Silver Night on Wood Round Original Painting

This one of a kind painting is not only magical and colorful, it was also painted on a truly unique canvas. This wood round came from an old Birch tree in my own garden.

I took down the tree myself, cut each canvas, dried it, sanded it, added layers of medium for maximum longevity of the wood, and painted it.

I kept the natural outer bark to make it feel even more bound to the earth. Comes ready to hang, or would also look wonderful sitting on a shelf or table.

The tree was taken down in November 2020 and the canvas was Painted in December 2020.
